This week I hosted out first Christmas event of the year, marking the start of a busy festive season! One was an off-site for 60 people in a brewery, with a very diverse crowd. I enjoy seeing how people from different countries are able to take part and feel like they’ve contributed. Another was for a huge hotel chain’s end-of-year celebrations, where a short quiz followed their dinner at a rooftop function space with panoramic views over the airport.

A quiz isn’t just for Christmas – in fact, a lot of companies choose to book a team-building & morale-boosting event in January / February when team spirit is lower. But it’s great to be a part of a company’s festive celebrations, providing fun and low-intensity entertainment whilst building the friendly rivalry between co-workers!
